Contact Information:
Sales and Pre-Sales enquiries may be addressed to pre-sales@netnibble.net, or you may open a ticket in our support system. Our Sales Office operates from 14:00 to 02:00, UK time, 7 days a week.
Billing and Accounting queries may be addressed to billing@netnibble.net, or you may open a ticket in our support system. Our Accounts Office operates from 12:00 to 20:00, UK time, Monday through Friday.
Support: Existing customers may contact our Support Team by emailing support@netnibble.net, or you may open a ticket in our Support System.
Our Support System is staffed and monitored 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
In the unlikely event that our web site is down, information will be posted at http://backup.netnibble.net where an emergency contact email address will also be published if appropriate. We do not provide telephone support. The on-line ticket system enables us to review quality of support service, and to highlight any particular trends of enquiries that may help us to provide better and more consistent service to all our customers. It is suggested that customers do not use an email address which is hosted on your hosting account, VPS or server with us, or we may not be able to respond to you in a timely manner should your account be unable to receive mail.
Emergency Telephone Support: In the event that you cannot access our Support System and you wish to report a server down (not an individual service on a server) you may call our emergency number on:

- International dial: +44 1244 720004
(Calls may be diverted after a few seconds to the cellphone of our on-call Duty Manager)
Abuse reports should be emailed to abuse@netnibble.net, giving full and complete details of the nature of the abuse that you are reporting. If you are reporting spam, please include the full message headers of any email(s) you are reporting as coming from our IP space.
Complaints: In the unlikely event that you are unable to obtain satisfactory resolution of an issue via our Support Ticket System, please reply to your Support Ticket asking for it to be escalated to our Managers.
